VPrivate commissions

Made once.

Drawn by hand. One commission at a time.

A bespoke piece is a conversation before it is an object. Five steps, no prices published — each commission is quoted only once its stone and structure are agreed.

IThe process
  1. 01

    Conversation

We listen: the occasion, the person, the way the piece will be worn. No drawings yet.

  2. 02

    Stone

Stones are presented in the hand, in daylight. One is chosen; the piece is built around it.

  3. 03

    Drawing

Studies on paper, then a scale rendering. Nothing proceeds until the drawing is right.

  4. 04

    Hand

Wax, metal, setting, finishing — carried out by hand, with progress shown along the way.

  5. 05

    Piece

The piece is delivered in person where possible, with its documentation and certificates.

Timelines depend on the stone. Most commissions take between three and nine months.

IIPrivate enquiry

A piece begins with a conversation.
